This is a training-based internship program with a registration fee. The fee covers your mentor's time, structured curriculum, project resources, platform access, your internship kit, goodies, and the verified certificate. We keep it transparent — there are no hidden charges. The full fee breakdown is shown at the payment step of your application. The program runs for 8 to 12 weeks depending on the domain you choose. Each domain has a structured week-by-week curriculum — you will know exactly what you are covering from day one. The schedule is designed to fit alongside your college timetable.

The internship is fully online. All sessions, mentorship, and project work happen remotely. You can join from anywhere in India. You do not need to relocate to Berhampur or anywhere else.

Expect to commit around 2–3 hours per day on weekdays — live sessions, self-study, and project work. The exact schedule depends on your domain and batch. It is manageable alongside college, but you do need to be consistent. Students who treat it casually do not get the most out of it.

We run multiple batches through the year. The current open batch details are shown on the apply page. Once you apply and complete the process, you will be informed of your batch start date via email and WhatsApp.

Any student currently pursuing or who has recently completed a B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc (CS/IT), or similar technical degree can apply. We welcome students from all years — 1st year to final year. You do not need prior experience in the domain; that is what the training is for.

It depends on your domain. For most domains like Full stack, Java, App development, and Cyber Security — basic programming familiarity is helpful but not mandatory. Your trainer will guide you from the fundamentals. For AI & ML and Data Analytics, comfort with basic Python is an advantage. If you are unsure, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether you are ready.

Some domains like Data Analytics and Cyber Security are accessible to students with a strong interest even from non-CS backgrounds. However, domains like Full stack, Java, and App development are better suited to students with at least a basic technical foundation. Reach out to us if you are unsure.

Yes — completely. Every certificate issued by Sentientware carries a unique certificate ID that can be verified online at career.sentientware.in/verify. Anyone — a recruiter, placement officer, or college authority — can enter the ID and confirm it is genuine. The certificate is issued under SentientWare Tech. Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a registered Indian private limited company.

Your certificate includes: your full name, the internship domain, program duration, batch year (2026), trainer name, a unique verifiable certificate ID, and the Sentientware company seal. It is formatted to meet the standard that most Indian college placement cells and recruiters expect.

Yes. The certificate is designed to be LinkedIn-shareable with a direct verification link. We also guide you on how to add it correctly to your LinkedIn profile so it appears as a legitimate credential.

High-performing interns who complete the program and demonstrate strong project work are eligible for a personalised letter of recommendation from their domain trainer. This is not automatic — it is merit-based. We will let you know your eligibility at the end of your program.

Yes. Once your application and payment are confirmed, we provide an official offer letter / internship confirmation letter on Sentientware letterhead. This is typically what colleges require to register the internship on their records.

Real projects. This is not a YouTube course or a pre-recorded platform. You will have a live trainer, code reviews, weekly checkpoints, and a capstone project that you build and own by the end of the program. You will have GitHub commits and a deployed project to show for it — not just a certificate.

Yes. All live session recordings, notes, reference material, and project codebases remain accessible to you even after your internship ends. You have lifetime access.

We keep batch sizes small deliberately to ensure each student gets meaningful attention from the trainer. Large batches undermine mentorship quality — that is a trade-off we are not willing to make.

We provide career support — resume reviews, LinkedIn profile guidance, mock interview preparation, and referrals into our hiring network for strong performers. We do not guarantee placements; no honest company does. What we do is put you in a significantly stronger position than you were in before the internship.

Yes — exceptional interns are considered for full-time openings at Sentientware. We actively prefer hiring people who have already worked with us and understand how we operate. It is not guaranteed, but it is a real possibility for standout performers.
